The deal is the second richest in Jupiler history after Everton's swoop for Marouane Fellaini from Standard Liege in 2008 for €21.75 million. Ndidi will need a work permit, but Leicester say this will be formality thanks to an 'exceptional talent' clause.
The youngster could begin training with Leicester over Christmas.
