Man Apprehended While Breaking Into DESOPADEC Office

On Saturday, January 14th, a young fellow known as Richard Obialiki, broke into the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) zonal office in Ujevwu. He destroyed the entryway, keys and different things in the workplace and made his path into the workplace.

Unfortunately he ran out of luck as he was apprehended by the young President and individuals from his EXCO in the territory.
