According to the lady who shared the stuff on Instagram, she was just at the right place when the popular cartoon station Cartoon Network, flashed a scene of a cartoon character, Dexters mom I think. Her kid was watching cartoon at the time. She said ''Water don pass garri oo, dstv needs to start rating cartoon not all cartoons are friendly''
