HOT: FG Refuses meeting of governors over Buhari’s rumoured death

The Federal  Government of Nigeria has denied reports that governors are set to meet in Abuja today and consider on the strength of President Muhammadu Buhari.



The Punch reports that the FG said that report is false as well as the one that governors were additionally wanting to send agents to London to see the President.

These were uncovered by the minister of information and culture Lai Mohammed while getting individuals from the Presidential Initiative Commitee on the North-East who visited him in Abuja.



Mohammed said there was no requirement for the visit because saying that the President was simply observing his leave as expressed in the letter sent to the Senate on Thursday, January 19.
